Know what your people can actually do.
AhamX turns what people learn, explain and build into a verified record of capability. People own their record. Organisations see capability in aggregate, decide exactly what others can see about them, and match work to proven skill.
- Individual scores stay private to each person. Admins see aggregates only.
- Hosting in India or on your own servers for enterprise deployments.
- Every organisation is verified against its legal registration.
One organisation, seen three ways
A certificate says you attended. A record shows what you can do.
Course completions and self-reported skills describe effort, not capability. AhamX records the evidence itself, and shows how strong each piece is, so hiring managers, research leads and learning teams stop guessing.

Every strength is traceable
Each skill on a record links to the evidence behind it and where it happened.
The record belongs to the person
It stays with them when they change organisations. Their AKI score is private until they choose to share it.
Matched on demonstrated skill
Opportunities reach people whose evidence meets the requirement. Matching never uses the AKI score.
One record across four spaces
Everything people do on AhamX feeds the same record, so learning, discussion and collaboration build on each other.
Your Aham is who you are becoming
A living profile of what you know, what you can demonstrate and where you can go next. It stays yours if you change organisations.

Where organisations and experts meet
Leaders share progress, researchers share results and teams call for collaborators. Every claim can point to evidence on AhamX, and recognised experts review it.
- Updates backed by demonstrated skills, not surveys
- Expert reviews alongside ordinary comments
- Collaboration requests with attached evidence
- Audiences from public to one organisation
Opportunities are matched on demonstrated skills, never AKI.
A year ago, about a third of our people across six companies said they were ready to work alongside AI. This month, more than half have demonstrated it on AhamX, with Meridian Digital at 81%.
What I've learned: the biggest gains came where leaders learned alongside their teams. Every group CEO now completes the same briefings as their managers.

Governance that follows how institutions are really organised
Universities, companies and public bodies are not flat. AhamX models them as they are, and lets each legally registered organisation decide what others can see about it, its units and its partnerships.
Legal entities
Registered organisations such as universities, companies and government bodies. Each one is verified against its registration and sets the rules for everything under it.
Units
Divisions, departments, centres, campuses and labs. They have no registration of their own, so their legal entity decides who can see them. A unit can be made stricter, never more open, unless its legal entity grants an exception.
Virtual entities
Cohorts, projects, hackathons and alliances. A cohort is governed by the organisation that hosts it. An alliance run jointly by several organisations governs itself, within limits every co-host approves.
Disclosure controls, set once by each organisation
- Profile. Choose who sees the organisation at all: everyone, signed-in users, partners, members or admins only.
- Internal structure. Show departments and labs publicly, to partners, to members only, or keep them private.
- Unit counts. Decide whether outsiders learn how many units exist, or see only that the structure is private.
- Exceptions. Open one unit, such as a research division, without exposing anything else.
- Two-sided consent. A partnership is shown only as far as both organisations allow. The stricter side always wins.
- Private units stay private. A link from a hidden lab appears at the nearest visible level, so the lab is never revealed.
- Named associations. Each organisation names up to three kinds of partner, such as technology partner or client, each with its own default visibility.
| What is shown | Public | Partner | Employee | Admin |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Company profile Verified registration | ||||
| Technology partnership with Northfield Both sides chose public | ||||
| Research division Opened by an exception | ||||
| Labs and departments Structure visible to members | ||||
| Client relationships Admins only, by type default |
Visibility is decided on the server for every request. Anything a viewer may not see is never sent to their device, and never appears in search.
For organisations
Run learning and collaboration on one platform, see what works in aggregate, and find people by what they can demonstrate.
Upskill delivery teams on verified evidence, and staff projects by what people can demonstrate rather than what their profiles claim.
- Skill paths tied to project roles
- Private cohorts for teams and new joiners
- Matching on demonstrated skills, never AKI
